What file formats do you accept?

For the best print quality, please save your file as either a TIFF (preferred) or PDF.

How do I place an order?

We’ve made it simple. First, visit our shop page. Select your product, then select what details you’d like (for example, we can add grommets, wind slits, or pole pockets to your vinyl banners). Proceed to checkout, where you’ll upload your artwork and tell us any additional instructions. Lastly, checkout using PayPal or your credit card.

I don't know what size banner I need. Can you help?

Can I get a proof?

Absolutely. After you upload your artwork and place your order, we’ll send you a free digital proof, manually created and checked by our design team to make sure your product is print-ready. From there, you can approve it or request changes.

How quickly will I receive my products?

Upon proof approval, we will print and ship your products within 2 business days. Proofs must be approved by 2 p.m. EST in order to be printed and shipped within 2 business days. All products ship UPS Ground and will therefore take approximately 1-5 days to be delivered. For expedited shipping, please contact us.

I'm new to Banner Owl. How do I know my order will be printed correctly?

We guarantee our quality 100%. If for some reason we goofed in our printing (which is rare), we will reprint your items free of charge. For more info, see our promise.

Does your owl mascot have a name?

Yes, his name is Al. Thank you for asking.

Do you print other products such as postcards, booklets, or business cards?

We do not. However, we recommend checking out our parent company, U.S. Press is a traditional offset and digital printing company that offers a wide range of products. If you can imagine it, they can print it.
